Shipping

Wilder medicines ships worldwide, however, shipping costs to international destinations (especially outside of Europe) may be high, and shipping will take some time.

Refunds

If you receive a broken item, or one you didn’t purchase, please contact us via the contact form or by email, and we will either send you a replacement or refund your money.

Note that this only applies to botanicals – we do not offer refunds for ritual artwork pieces at the moment.
